Lodging Rates:
$300.00 per day
$1,500 per week
$2,500 per 2 weeks
8 person MAXIMUM
For stays longer than 2 weeks, please e-mail us for rates.

Cleaning fee:
$250.00 - $150 will be returned if the home is left as it was when you arrived, minus bathrooms and linens, i.e., wash dishes, wipe up kitchen, sweep floors.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. Large and small. Pets that will walk through the doors to the house will require an extra $75 deposit and we will have to meet them. There is a 30' X 40' pen, next to the house, with a 5 foot tall wire fence for horses, pack mules, llamas and/or giraffes.

Deposit:
$500.00. You will lose your deposit if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival. All fees must be paid in full, prior to arrival. Checks will need time to clear.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, your first night's lodging & deposit is charged to your credit card.

Check-in: Check-in time is after 12:00pm. Check-out before 3:00pm. If arriving later than 6 pm, please call. All Parties will be met in either John Day or Prairie City and led to the property for introduction and orientation.
